I have no idea how he does it but whenever I had a question come up, 99% of the time, he would answer the phone if not he would call me back within minutes. There was an IT issue that came up last minute that was preventing me from closing. I had a closing deadline that had to be met or it would compromise me being able to own a home. Boy When I tell ya, he was was on the Mortgage Investment company and would not give up until they sent over the final Closing Disclosure. This man is a Rockstar! Got everything done on time or early, that gave me an option to close on the house 1 week earlier which helped the seller as well. Its run with military precision, as he checks and double checks the documents, coordinates with real estate agents and tells them exactly what is needed and whom to contact. During part of my closing he was an event (I think in Chicago), he was texting me during the conference (because he couldn't call me), then on his break he would immediately call me to explain what I needed to do and whom to contact. He continuously updated me on the current fluctuation in the market in regards to rates and got me locked in before they skyrocketed. He was insisting we get locked in because with his knowledge and following the feds and interest rates said that it was definitely going to jump. I would use his team in a second if I was to buy/sell again anytime soon. I would recommend him to any friend or colleague. You wont be disappointed.
