I had a good overall experience working with Matt Kennedy and the team at Guaranteed Rate Affinity. Matt was professional, responsive, and willing to explain the mortgage process clearly. Communication was solid, and I appreciated the time he took to answer questions and provide different options.
That said, like with any mortgage lender, I believe there is always room to be more competitive on rates and fees. Borrowers today are comparing multiple lenders, so transparency and strong pricing really make the difference.
