Allyson and her team were excellent from the start all the way through the finish! We reached out to Allyson on recommendation from our real estate agent, and she did not disappoint. She was extremely responsive to text and email and was very competitive with other lenders and followed through on her promise to get us the best rate and most competitive overall package. This is a tumultuous time for real estate, especially for mortgage rates, and we were able to lock at the perfect time with enough leeway to feel comfortable between the lock date and our closing date; and boy did we do good compared to the other 5-6 lenders I called, including some that I had worked with in the past. The whole process was smooth, upfront and easy. Underwriting wasn't a big drawn-out mystery like with some larger banks it was very quick and allowed us certainty to make decisions and commitments in the deal with the sellers, organizing movers, and notifying landlords, etc. The online portal was surprisingly clear up, easy to upload documents, and up to date. Closing was also organized to accommodate schedule of final walk through and very smooth. If we need another mortgage we will be calling Allyson and so should you!

The only thing I’d do differently next time is trust the process: when Allyson says she’ll make it work, she means it!
