Clay, Bill, and their entire team were the most knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and courteous team I've ever worked with. As a self-employed person, obtaining a mortgage can be daunting, but not with NFM. When I was shopping for a lender, many lenders told me I would have to take no write-offs for the next 3 years in order to show the most income possible on my returns, which left me feeling like it was going to be quite a challenge and long process. But when I contacted NFM Lending via the urging of my CPA, I never looked back. Clay immediately put me at ease and went into depth explaining exactly how the process works, what the lenders need and exactly what they look for. We were able to bypass the unnecessary no-write-offs the other lenders were telling me I had to do to qualify and, instead, Clay worked with me so I could qualify within just a few months. In fact, once I found a home, were were able to close on the loan and move in within just two weeks! No matter how many e-mails or phone calls with questions I had, Clay and his team were extremely responsive and courteous. I honestly think they have the perfect customer service model that any business should follow if they are serious about exceptional customer service and referrals. I'd use NFM again and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Clay from the start, was able to help me know what I can afford reasonably, and help me understand what I need to do in order to get there. Without his help, I wouldn't have been able to get qualified, and he went the extra mile to make sure I did. Throughout the home buying process he made it simple. He made my first time home buying experience much easier than I thought it would be. I would recommend Clay and continue to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
