This is the third time my wife and I have worked with Jake, and every time, it has been such an easy process. He has been with us through two house purchases and a refinance. Let me start off by saying Jake is a very personable individual. He help my family and I purchase our first home back in late 2023. The process went by very smoothly and easily. He did a fantastic job explaining in a manner for a new homebuyer to understand, what each step was and document. He also help us refinance late 2025 for 1.5% lower interest than we purchased the house for. He went out of his way to make sure my family and I got the best deal for us possible. He tried different loans and worked with our debt/income ratio and got us a fantastic deal! We were even able to eliminate the PMI. I cannot recommend Jake enough and know you will have just as positive of an experience with him.
