She answered all of our questions thoroughly and was available anytime we had questions (we were stationed overseas and she was always accommodating to our time zone). She kept us updated on the progress of our loan and had our documents (pre-approval letter, etc.) ready quickly so we were able to make an offer on our home. During the process, she would check in to see if we had any questions and was always willing to provide information on the next steps in the process. Working with Amber was a 10/10!!
