The whole process was stressful! Some questions from the underwriters were asked several times and seemed senseless! We answered the same question several times, and we could only scratch our heads! It seemed the lender was accusing us of hiding something! On the other hand, Steven and his team were very supportive and smoothed matters over when we’d get frustrated by the questions!
