I would just love to tell you how much I appreciate my mortgage lender, Ashten Zito. From the moment I sat down with her, I felt super comfortable and confident that she was the one to guide me through this potentially stressful time of my life, buying a home. And believe me, I shopped around.
She broke everything down to simple words for me. Her knowledge of her field impressed me. She was able to answer every question. And if it wasn't in her field of expertise, she would be honest and reach out to her colleagues so she didnt point me in the wrong direction . She was able to get me grants and a great fixed rate. I literally didnt have to pull anything out of pocket at closing. Not to say others wont, but I didnt.
Every time I reached out to her, whether through email or text or call, she would respond with speed and clarity. She would reach out to me if I forgot to sign emails, because I normally dont check my emails. Doing it in a way so that I didnt feel rushed or bothered.
She understood my specific needs and wants. I was a unique situation for a mortgage. I was a first time homebuyer, FHA, mother to son etc. and she was able to dot all the I's and cross all the T's. She made me feel like Ive known her my whole life. Thats how comfortable I was. She actually made me feel like a priority and not just another transaction.
