He checked in on my progress monthly and ensured me that as soon as the divorce was finalized he would have everything ready to go for the application. It took 6 months for the divorce process to come to completion, and true to his word, Jim had the application processing within the week. My questions were always answered with sincerity, even when I asked the same one two or three times (haha).
