Ryan played an exceptional role in helping us lock in an amazing rate for our new home. He was super knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with as we went through our closing process. Initially, when we went under contract for our new home, the rates in the market were so-so. Because we had time before closing, he suggested we hold off and see what the market does over time before we lock in a rate. I put my trust in him and his team and all I can say is that he timed it perfectly and got us a better rate than I could’ve ever expected (given the current market). On top of finding our dream home, Ryan helped align the stars to help bring us in under budget on our monthly mortgage payment.
