There was an avoidable complication that caused a time crunch, but it was from both my side and their side. I would still recommend Guaranteed Rate Affinity because of the dedication and extremely hard working staff. They worked very hard to fix issues that came up and still was able to give me exactly/very close to what I was asking for. Especially Monica Richmond, she was very dedicated, easy to contact, and was on top of everything. I needed things explained to me multiple times and she happily did so. She made sure I fully understood everything and I really appreciate that. She and the team that helped with my loan were very communicative.
