“Bert made this process 100 times easier than I ever thought was possible! Being a veteran, she made sure I received all the benefits I was eligible for... especially as a first time homeowner!”
Bert made this process 100 times easier than I ever thought was possible! I was extremely stressed out when I first started looking at houses because I was dreading the financial part, but when the financial process came, all questions were answered and Bert made sure everything went as smooth as possible. Being a veteran, she made sure I received all the benefits I was eligible for. I didn’t even know I was eligible for them until she told me! She is extremely kind, trustworthy and willing to do the best she can to make your situation work! Bert turned such a dreadful situation into such a positive one. She was completely open and honest from the very beginning. Bert is your go-to girl! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience Bert, especially as a first time homeowner!
“I appreciated the patience, kindness and the explanations that were clearly stated. The process was easy to follow... I cannot brag enough about how thrilled I am with the outcome.”
I was very naive of the process, leary and a little overwhelmed. I appreciated the patience, kindness and the explanations that were clearly stated. The process was easy to follow, and signing things was very easy. The whole thing was very quick, and the closing came fast. I cannot brag enough about how thrilled I am with the outcome. Bert was referred to me by a good friend. and I will definitely do the same if I know of someone who is looking for a qualified, friendly team.

“I'm blown away by the gravity of what Guaranteed Rate helped us accomplish in less than a couple of months' time … I'm truly grateful for the ease of the online portal and the support of each team member we encountered along the way.”
Well, I'm completely ignorant to obtaining home mortgages, and I have nothing to compare this experience to, but I'm blown away by the gravity of what Guaranteed Rate helped us accomplish in less than a couple of months' time ? including pre-qualification AND pre-approval. Then, to help us close in just 10 days... I'm truly grateful for the ease of the online portal and the support of each team member we encountered along the way.

I gave a 10 because other than some minor things that got in the way and prolonged closing which wasn’t really anyone’s fault, everything went real smooth and wasn’t a hassle. Id recommend guaranteed rate to anyone.
