I am self employed and the Regions bank mortgage 'expert' was out of their depth when reviewing and understanding my self employed professional CPA accounts. I was given a mortgage offer, which was then withdrawn, as the experts were too lazy to read my accounts. I had arranged an out of state trip to visit prospective homes and was left hanging, as the expert went on vacation and the official assistants would not respond. Epic fail on behalf of Regions Bank.
Charles was recomended to me and made easy work of interpreting my accounts and relaying the information to the underwriter. Charle's speciality is remaining unflustered throughout the mortgage process and I found him to show immense calm with my sometimes non calm moments. Buying a house is a stresful process, particualry if you are self employed. Charles Gallati and his team took the pain out of the mortgage process and I am now living in my new house. One small suggestion would be, when possible spread out some of the requested items a little more . I understand that the timing may be simply part of the normal closing process but having bit more time between request to review everything carefully and feel comfortable with each decision .
