This was different from other mortgage professionals I spoke with who were slow to respond and did not build a sense of personal connection. Also the underwriter Ryan Enman also made the process efficient and easy at every standpoint. Beyond that the online portal and workflow automation built into your process supports the consumer to get through every step of the mortgage application process easily - it is a compelling competitive differentiator.
