Numerous people told me that buying a home was challenging and they were absolutely correct, it was a nightmare! Ed was the only part of this process that was not just easy but motivating and enlightening . At one point I began to think that he was AI, this guy never missed a call regardless of the time, day, holiday etc.. his work ethic is absolutely impeccable, very professional, well mannered, patient and basically a pleasure to talk to. I can't count how many estimates/pre approvals that he generated following my request including the time taken to generate them. I'm not exactly sure if I could've gone through this process without him but one thing I can say is ethically, morally and professionally when making a huge decision like this one, he is everything you'd want on the other end of the line.
