The actual approval for underwriting for a large jumbo loan is complicated and legally requires many documents. That makes it not "very easy". But Linda was always there to help remove road blocks. We closed on time and I was very satisfied.

The entire process start to finish was very easy... almost too easy! I was shocked by how little I needed to do or provide - I assume there was a lot of work happening behind the scenes but there was virtually no legwork on my end. It was so easy that it blew me away!
The only part of the process that I wasn't 100% satisfied with was the rate. I was being quoted a rate 3/8 lower by multiple lenders. However, in the end, my confidence in Linda's ability to get the deal done made it worth the additional interest cost. We also closed several days ahead of schedule, which was amazing!
