They answered every question I had, were incredibly quick with follow-ups, and always kept me informed. What stood out the most was how hard they worked to find the best option for me. Another lender had told me that getting a lower down payment wasn’t possible, but they took the time to explore my options and were able to make it happen. That made a huge difference for me as a first-time homebuyer. Buying a home can be an incredibly stressful experience, but their communication, knowledge, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process so much less overwhelming. Then my sister had told me about her, and what a good and stressless process she had made it. She wasn't lying!! Tina had gone through the entire process with us, explaining everything along the way. She made us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. Fast forward to now and when we were ready to sell and buy again there was no question who I was going to use. She was our first call. And when we decided to move to Michigan although she wasn't our loan officer, she had helped us with one of her team members Kerry. And even tho she wasn't out loan officer she still checked in on us and still helped us along the way. I cannot be more grateful for her! My family and I are very happy with her service and friendship along the way. Altho now we are done with our loan process she still checks in with us.
