Jim Sheedlo is the best loan guy we have ever had! He tells it to you straight and will always have your best interest at heart. We have used him a couple of times, and his service level never waivers. Our loans with him close on time (unless seller has delayed) and always painless on our end! He truly cares about Veterans getting the best options available to them… if you are looking for a loan, or a VA loan, don’t call anyone else, learn from our past mistakes, they will tack on a lot of extra fees that Jim will save you from.

Jim Sheedlo is the man with the master plan! If you need a personable and excellent loan advisor, he is it!!! We received phone calls every day from Jim explaining in detail about our loan process during the final week of approval and fund release. We knew exactly what we were signing, nothing hidden. He is NOT a fast talking-belittling-money hungry sales man, but an honest (up front) man with superb integrity and passion to help others. He was easy to talk too, with no ambiguity in our communications. He knew the regulations for everything we needed to sign. If he didn't know something, he would find the answer. When we felt that the loan would not go through, he was empathetic and sympathetic...in the end we got the loan. He said stay positive. In our many conversations, we knew he had a passion for his work. This is our second home purchase with the VA, and he made it easy. He made our long distance purchase from one state to another seem like an "easy walk in the park" with all the online signing and mobile notary services. If we need him for another home purchase or any other loan, we will call him immediately. We couldn't do it without him. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
