Lori was excellent from the first phone call all the way until closing. It’s rare nowadays to find someone willing to help you at any time, any day. Unless Lori is currently with another client, you can rest assured she’ll be ready to answer any questions you have. I was provided three options to call and get quotes from, and from the get-go, Lori stood out far from the rest with her customer service. I hope to never have to move again, but if I do, it’ll only be if Lori can help again!

Working with Lori and PrimeLending was the easiest process that ive ever had to deal with! I was given a list of documents needed, provided the documents, and Lori took care of the rest! Everything was done flawlessly and i was informed by email, text, and some calls with every step that my loan was taking! All my questions and concerns were taken care of and what i thought would be huge problems ended up having simple solutions and Lori kept me sane and calm during the whole process! Everything was completed in 30 days! Ive never seen anything process this fast AND with excellent customer service!
