Several times, Jim would contact me first to make sure I had a clear understanding of the current stage in the loan process. Not doing this all the time, it is very comforting to be able to work with a lender like Jim so he can help make sure the process goes smoothly.

He made the process as painless as possible, I felt informed every step of the way, and he made himself available to me any time I started having anxiety about the process. We had some crazy things come up after we were in contract and he kept me calm, informed, and kept the train on the tracks so we closed on time.
