Working with Sam was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He made what could have been a stressful home financing process feel smooth, organized, and manageable. His knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail helped secure the mortgage for our new home with confidence and ease.
Throughout the process, he were always available to answer questions, explain my options, and keep me informed every step of the way. I truly felt he had my best interests in mind and worked hard to find the right solution for my situation. I highly recommend Sam Sexauer to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and dedicated mortgage lender. Thank you again Sam for everything!!

“Can't say enough good things about how easy it was to upload documents, check in on my file's progress”
Purchased my home in 2018 and then refinanced after rates dropped in 2019. Used Neighbors for both transactions. The digital experience let me complete things on my schedule. Can't say enough good things about how easy it was to upload documents, check in on my file's progress -- overall just gave me peace of mind that everything was working the way it should.
Troy, it was a genuine pleasure helping you navigate the mortgage process from start to finish. I always strive to make things as smooth as possible, and I'm glad we reached the finish line successfully. Enjoy the new chapter, and please reach out whenever you need anything at all.
