Matt was so helpful during my mortgage process that I immediately referred him to my brother who was also in the market for a new home. My brother stopped working with his previous lender because Matt was so much more efficient and transparent.

Underwriting was a breeze because Matt explained everything so well from the beginning. I've worked with lenders before where I was constantly sending documents back and forth, but with Matt, he knew what was needed right up front and made sure we covered all of our bases.

Matt went the extra mile to make sure I was in a loan program that benefited me. Even though it was alot of extra time and effort for him. He easily could have put me in a program that would have been quick and easy for him and i wouldn't have even known. But he was honest and open about taking care of who us and making sure he gets us in a program to save us the most money and the most beneficial long term. He would work after hours and would do all that was possible to make the process easy on me and my family.
