Cindy Hunt went above and beyond to make our recent home purchase a reality! Our finances were in constant flux due to the concurrent sale of a rental property and the transaction was made even more complicated by the seller’s lack of responsiveness and multiple changes to the closing date. Throughout the entire process, Cindy and her teammates remained actively engaged and provided frequent updates. They were able to field all questions from the underwriters and pushed the seller’s HOA to expedite corrections to their master insurance policy. Home purchases and the overall mortgage process is always stressful but Cindy did an exceptional job at reassuring us each step of the process that we’d close the deal.
