From the first moment everything was taken care of on time, if not a little ahead of schedule. Questions I had, even the most random and what I thought were the scariest questions Zoe's team answered. They also asked the underwriting team just to make sure. All along the way this made us feel so, so better.
They walked us through the later approval process in the best way. When there were conditions we needed to meet, we were told promptly, and when they met the conditions they told us what we'd submitted would work. Again, I think this is because they know what they're talking about and able to find answers.
In the end we were give the Clear to Close, and were able to close a day earlier than expected.
In all they helped us navigate any of the pitfalls that could've sunk the sale, mostly by accurately estimating the time it would take for each step along the way.
