We ended up with an amazing property surrounded by open space at the end of a road only 20 min to San Luis Obispo. The views are spectacular and we have income from a new 2 Bed ADU. When I didn't understand what was required or how to answer the questions on a form, Ben and his team clearly explained the situation and gave possible answers. I thought it wouldn't be easy doing the loan with someone out of town but with Docusign and quick responses (by email and phone) things went as well as they could. It was still exhausting but they got me through it, and got the loan rate reduced because rates had gone down since we started the process.
