I could not have asked for a better team as I embarked on what, inevitably, was the biggest decision of my life to date. I am a first-time home buyer and together, this team, worked hard to make this home buying experience a flawless one! What is SO wonderful about this partnership is that they are both equally skilled and amazing at what they do. My experience started almost a year ago when I was first thinking about the possibility of buying a home. I was still living in Boston at the time and did not yet have a job in Seattle; I was simply toying with the idea. Although Leah came with a very strong recommendation from a good friend, I was a little uneasy. Buying a house from 1300 miles away seemed like it would be difficult. She was always immediately available (even once on the weekend when she was out of town with and with friends), and was beyond willing to answer all of my nitty gritty questions about how to pursue a home loan - and trust me I had a lot of questions. She is sharp and very considerate, and is clearly very passionate about investment and real estate in general.

I was referred to this team by a friend, and I can see why as they were wonderful to work with. Guild Mortgage overall is great with quick funding of loans (possible 20 day closing), and they (supposedly) don't sell your loan off to other parties. Highly recommended!
