Dan is a friendly & knowledgeable guy who makes himself available around the clock to help make sure things go smoothly. Everything was well explained to us throughout the home buying process and it helped us make the best home offer that ultimately got accepted. Dan and team were great at communicating the process and were able to coordinate a complicated sale and purchase signing all in the same hour so we didn’t have to go and sign twice for the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. Really appreciate how smooth everything went and how everything fell into place.
