“The communication was flawless, easy and friendly. This was the easiest, quickest and drama-free transaction I have ever been a part of. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.”
I work with Mike Marcus at Guaranteed Rate on a professional level, and last week closed on my own personal home with him. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. The communication was flawless, easy and friendly. All questions were answered quickly, with reassurance, and I can safely say, this was the easiest, quickest and drama-free transaction I have ever been a part of. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.
“Mike was so helpful during the process and was there for any questions I had! I can truly say he had my best interest at heart and was there to get me the best rate possible.”
I worked with Mike Marcus at Rate.Com for my recent home purchase. Purchasing a home is such a stressful time. Especially for a single income like myself. Mike was so helpful during the process and was there for any questions I had! I can truly say he had my best interest at heart and was there to get me the best rate possible. These days it hard to find companies that are there for you and have good customer service. So I appreciated the service I got from Mike and Rate.com.
“While the process was far from smooth, we had support and guidance at every step. Mike at GR never stopped working to get us through the process and approved to close.”

“Everything was smooth, except for the closing. The appraiser added something that should not have been added to the closing documents which delayed the process by an extra 2 hours.”
Everything was smooth, except for the closing. The appraiser added something that should not have been added to the closing documents which delayed the process by an extra 2 hours. Other than that, I would have rated a 10/10.
