I used Roger for my home loan after being referred by a friend and I rarely if ever leave reviews for anyone but he deserves it. I strongly recommend Roger and his team at Rate Home Loans.
I was referred to another lender by my real estate agent whom I had trusted to get me in touch with a good lender and had such a horrible experience that I almost gave up on buying a home right now all together. He beat around the bush every time I asked about rates and loan costs and then when I was finally under contract I see why he wasn’t forthcoming. The rates and fees were outrageous and when I questioned him about it he got upset and very pushy. Luckily I mentioned my experience to a friend that I happened to meet for lunch and he immediately said “you have to use my guy (Roger White) he is honest and will work hard for you.”
So I gave Roger a call along with a couple other lenders just to do my due diligence after the last lender and he had by far the best deal in town. He was patient and explained everything in a way that it was simple to understand. I was stressed out from the other lender and my realtor and Rogers demeanor calmed me down and actually got me excited about buying a house again. Just to echo my buddy’s words Roger is my guy and if you need a home loan you won’t go wrong using him. He got my loan done in time and stress free and I’m thankful to I have found him. If you need a home loan I strongly recommended you give him a call!
PS. I wish I could have switched realtors but I was already under contract with the realtor that I was using but I was under contract with him and my wife wanted that house so I was stuck there. I’m lucky I was able to lean on Roger so much to get me through the process without him I think it would have been a total nightmare! He always had time for me and my dozens of questions. He was able to turn a very stressful situation into an enjoyable one and I’m grateful to him and everyone I had the pleasure to work with at Rate Home Loans.
