“Wendi handled every hurdle with ease, expertise, and complete confidence. … She was unbelievably easy to work with, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and seamless.”
We had an incredible experience working with Wendi Cook for our home financing! As first time homebuyers, navigating the process felt daunting, especially since our loan situation was tricky and required a lot of specialized problem-solving. Wendi handled every hurdle with ease, expertise, and complete confidence.
Not only did she figure out a complex loan structure, but she also closed everything in under 30 days (and a full week earlier than we originally expected!) She was unbelievably easy to work with, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and seamless. Wendi is exceptional at what she does, and we couldn't be more grateful for her hard work. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, top tier loan officer!

“Thanks to her expertise and attention to detail, we closed smoothly and on time—no surprises, just excitement! I can’t recommend Wendi Cook highly enough.”
Working with Wendi Cook, Senior Loan Officer at Citywide Home Mortgage, to finance our new home in Lake Havasu was an outstanding experience from beginning to end!
As a Senior Loan Officer, Wendi brought incredible knowledge and professionalism to every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive—answering texts, calls, and emails promptly (often even on evenings and weekends), which made a huge difference during such an exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) time. She clearly explained all our options, helped us navigate the paperwork efficiently, and secured fantastic terms tailored to our needs.
Her dedication stood out: she truly cared about making our dream home a reality, keeping things stress-free and positive throughout. Thanks to her expertise and attention to detail, we closed smoothly and on time—no surprises, just excitement!
If you’re purchasing a home in Lake Havasu or anywhere she serves, I can’t recommend Wendi Cook highly enough. She’s an exceptional Senior Loan Officer who goes above and beyond. Thank you, Wendi, for making our homeownership journey so seamless and enjoyable!

Wendy is by far the person you want to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and works with the highest of integrity. She will be honest and tell you the truth no matter what, but what I love the most about Wendy is her personality. She will handle business but she is fun loving and will keep you smiling. I wouldn’t work with anyone else!
