Working with Wendi was a great experience. She helped us understand the process since we are first time buyers. She is a great team player who is well connected and worked well with other members of the team( I heard nothing but good things from my realtor, inspector and inspector's wife!!). Her team from the processor to underwriter worked at lightning fast speed, always giving updates and answers to questions we had. At one point while on the phone, I overheard her partner calling her to eat dinner as she was trying to explain to me the how mortgage points worked. It would be another 20 minutes before I exhausted all my questions and she could finally have dinner. That is the type of dedication that she showed. We would have loved to meet her in person but due to the COVID situation we all took some precautions against this. I would not hesitate to work with her and the primelending team again.
