Michelle & Denise were instrumental in helping our family accomplish our dream of becoming homeowners. As first-time homebuyers, the process came with a lot of stress, challenges, and honestly a little confusion at times, but we are truly grateful for all of the hard work that went into helping us secure our loan and close on our first home especially when other lenders told us it would not be possible. Michelle not only worked hard to find us a loan that fit our situation, but she also helped us receive additional “gifts” toward closing costs, which was such a huge blessing for our family. We really appreciated the effort that went into making homeownership attainable for us. While there were moments throughout the process where communication could have been better, we do recognize that both Michelle and Denise continued working diligently behind the scenes and were navigating unexpected issues that we may not have fully understood at the time. Purchasing our first home is a milestone we will always remember, and we are thankful for the role they played in helping make it happen.
