Jake and his entire team were amazing throughout the entire process from pre-approval to closing. As first time homebuyers he helped us navigate unfamiliar waters, kept in constant communication with us throughout a very stressful purchase, and ensured the deal didn't fall through when it seemed to be hanging on by a thread. His whole team was incredibly thorough and timely and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy a home.

“We had a 10/10 experience with Jacob from beginning to end. He moves urgently when needed but also takes the time to explain all of the small details in depth too.”
We had a 10/10 experience with Jacob from beginning to end. He moves urgently when needed but also takes the time to explain all of the small details in depth too. He's also an all-around great guy. We got our dream home at a solid rate and couldn't have done it without Jacob!

“Jake made the process easy, communicated extremely well and answered all the questions I had with ease and friendliness.”
Jake made the process easy, communicated extremely well and answered all the questions I had with ease and friendliness. I've already spoken highly of his service and the process to others who are interested in refi. I also appreciate the proactive monitoring for rate decreases and alerts of when might be a good time to act.
