I can’t say enough good things about Emmett at Guaranteed Rate! From the beginning, he was SO positive to interact with. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me & my husband several options to choose what worked best. Once we found our house, he kept a close eye on the interest rates and let us know when they were at their lowest to lock us in. This was so great because we were way too busy to keep track of that!
Beyond that, the communication was amazing. He would get back to us quickly even when we weren’t expecting him to. He worked tirelessly getting us several estimates on closing costs and making pre-approval letters on short notice to meet deadlines (the market was very competitive). Even more, when we had a big letdown losing a house we loved, he sent us an encouraging message that was so thoughtful!
Lastly, I have to highlight Emmett’s patience. Being new homebuyers, we were extremely nervous! He never faltered, answering all our questions professionally and reassuring us throughout the way. Overall we are so happy with our mortgage and would highly highly recommend Emmett!
