When signing my papers the Title company kept commenting about how Lendors never come to these, and how she's never seen the seller pay for certain fees and Karen got them to. Saved me approx $3,000!!! Kept me up to date on what was needed and where we were at in the process, all the way up to a 7a text that I was funded!!! She kept me sane(as much as possible), relieved so much of my stress!!!
