Congratulations! If you are reading this you have found THE best lender available (especially for VA Loans). Buy a lotto ticket on the way home.
Mike and his team are the most efficient group in the business, without exaggeration. His intimate knowledge of the intricacies of his craft coupled with immaculate soft skills set him orders of magnitudes above other lenders. He had to educate our Agent on creative HELOC strategies, as an example.
This team is available at all hours and it was routine for Mike to answer calls while at his son's baseball games or on a drive to/from colleges. He even answers on the way out for vacation.
But what about substance? Mike and his Rate team locked us in at a 5.25% rate when 6.5%+ was common place. The title company even made specific mention of our rate at closing saying its the best they had seen in weeks (including closing cost credits!).
To summarize, I couldn't be happier with Mike and his team. I will never use another lender. I will never recommend another lender. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the best in the business so you can focus on other things.

I waited a bit to drop a review for Mike and his team because it wasn't until now that I finally made a payment on a loan I closed with him a few weeks back. The process with Mike and his team was far and away, better than any similar services I had tried to use in the past few months/years. Being a unique piece of property Mike didn't waste any time and got initial clearance from underwriting on the loan possibility at the very start and saw the loan sail through all the nessecary wickets in an unbelieveble timeline. Literally unbelieveable, as I am writing this now knowign that this is a real loan, mike and his team are the real deal. While I constantly waited for the other shoe to drop throughout the entire process it never happened because mike and his team made it so simple and transparent.
