“Bruce and his team looked out for us, not a lot of lenders do. Will be recommending to others and coming back again.”
Shopped around and found Bruce last minute through referrals, and switched over from my previous lender. Thanks to Bruce, we paid no closing costs through a first time home buyer program. Him and his team were very organized and made sure our files were prepared for the underwriting process and first time homebuyer program. Him and his time worked after hours to make sure we closed on time. Bruce and his team looked out for us, not a lot of lenders do. Will be recommending to others and coming back again.
