From initial inquiries to post-close, Mary at Guaranteed Rate was consistently there for us and made us feel comfortable making the big decision to purchase a home. Notably, when our Power Bid expired by one week and we were putting in an offer for our current home, Mary and her colleagues went above and beyond to renew our Power Bid in time for us to win the house.
