Working with Guy Petropoulos at Rate Mortgage Company was the best decision I made during my home-buying process. Guy is not only extremely knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about his clients. He guided me step by step, explained everything clearly, and made the entire loan process smooth and stress-free. His honesty, professionalism, and constant communication gave me confidence from start to finish. I truly felt supported the whole way through. I highly recommend Guy to anyone looking for a mortgage—you’ll be in excellent hands.

I’ve used guaranteed Rate working with Guy when I refinanced previously. It was such a great experience, seamless, informative and caring so I didn’t hesitate to reach out to Guy for a new mortgage. I will use guaranteed rate without question and it really has a lot to do with your management, Guy.
