John was a god send for us! VERY knowledgeable, very punctual, and always looking for ways to improve our loan process. Even locked our rate in at the perfect time to both save us money and avoid the rate hike. He spent a lot of time explaining the process, options we had available, things we could do to open up more options, and happily worked with me when my schedule allowed- even when that meant later in the evenings. Even spent time working for me on his vacation. Dedicated to his clients, flexible to make things happen, and a master of his craft. We honestly really enjoyed our time working with John, and hope to work with him again in the future!

Communications was usually there. Never really had to wait a terribly long time for responses. Locked n a decent rate and was always made sure what my opinions are and how I wanted to handle things.
