Disclaimer - I did not get a loan with Solano Mortgage. This review is regarding the personnel and integrity of the team. I reached out to the team at Solano mortgage seeking a fairly unique loan/buying situation. They were very gracious with their customer service and being up front with their information. Upon breaking down my buying situation, they went and shopped my situation around FOR ME to assess how competitive they would be for my mortgage. They ended up redirecting me to another lender because they were capable of offering me a better rate, etc. I ended up closing on my home with the other lender. This just goes to show the level of integrity this business is being run with. This all happened during the peak of COVID, when I'm sure business was slower. Any typical company would not have went out of their way to connect you with another lender in this situation. I look forward to my next buying experience because I will most definitely be coming back to Solano mortgage! Thank you guys!
