Christina is one of the hardest working most empathetic loan officers I have ever met. I am also a loan officer and Christina often helps on my team with my clients as well because of how talented I believe she is. She cares about people. That’s the key. She really cares about people and after being a loan officer for 30 years and licensed and 50 states she has a vast wealth of knowledge. We constantly have Clients complementing us on the service that Christina gave them. I’ve read through the negative reviews on Google and I can tell you, I am aware of the situations behind them. One is fake, one was a homebuyer that was upset that loan programs had to be switched because the documents did not match the application that was provided which led to a more expensive program. That is not the loan officers fault. The VA one, Christina knows a ton about VA. Otherwise I wouldn’t let her near my clients. In that case she had incorrectly answered a question at 9 PM at night. Does someone deserve a one star review for that? Personally, I don’t think so. It was remedied within a couple hours but here’s the thing for anyone that is reading this, she really does care about people and knows about loan programs that your average loan officers never even dreamt of. I personally had two clients where she found a solution to that no-one else would have because she knew of a loan that wasn’t used commonly now, but had been back in the day and it was a lifesaver for those clients. To communicate with her text is best. I don’t generally defend people in reviews, but there aren’t a lot of great loan officers out there that really care about clients and constantly do the right thing. I’ve worked with her close enough for years to know that is who she is and I stand with her. ❤️

Excellent closing experience. For context, I’ve purchased about a dozen homes across three states over the years using several different banks, so I am not new to the mortgage loan process. Rate closed the loan quickly, but my attorney made a big mistake stake at closing which cost me $650 extra. I pointed it out and Christina stepped in to get it fixed for me.
Rate also sent me an offer to compare insurance quotes and surprisingly beat my insurer’s rates.
I consider this as going over and beyond any expectations of a lender.
