Everyone in the team was great to work with. I had lots of questions about the process and Frank spent 1 hour walking me through it end to end. I also ask him to give me multiple rates with different parameters (int rate, down payment, loan period) so I could input them in a spreadsheet to then make the best financial decision for my family.
