Hands-down the absolute premium deliverable. Technical ability, breadth of products, time efficiency, and compassionate customer orientation. We engaged Risha with 27 days before a critical deadline on our balloon payment for our second loan. Developing our property, there were huge financial implications in getting this refinanced. Risha called out for June 5 close date within five minutes of initial call and started the process, identifying a unique bank statement loan option as the best path for success. Tejal and Patrick both supported and drove the successful outcome in excellent fashion. This was a very difficult loan to pull off and two other service providers had failed. Long story short, we signed our documents the day Risha called out, June 5. If you want good go with others. If you want the best, go with this amazing team.

Risha and team did a great job for me. We had some speed bumps on the journey, but this was simply because of lender requirements and asks.
Some of the lender asks of me went beyond the pale as I mentioned to the team on a few occasions - driven by the fact that I'm the one taking the risk! If it was 80/20, with the lender taking the larger amount, I would feel differently. Reality was I'm the 80 and the lender is the 20.
All that said, I appreciate how Risha and team kept their eyes on the prize and continued to work the process to find a lender willing to engage. Along the way, they updated me and/or my real estate agents.
