Previous lenders have made the process time consuming and inconvenient for us, but with Jay, he does all the thinking for us and makes the process simple. From initially contacting us when we had the opportunity to refinance with a better interest rate, to answering our emails nearly immediately (even late at night and very early in the morning) to sending the appraiser and notary to our home at times that were convenient for our crazy schedules, this whole process was simple and smooth. If you want to be treated with first class customer service and care throughout what could otherwise be a time consuming and frustrating process, I couldn't recommend anyone more than Jay Kunkle. You will wonder why you ever used anyone else.

We did not have to pay any fees to lock our rate or sign any obligatory letters like we had been asked to by other lenders. He is ethical and communicative. When we recently purchased additional homes out of state, he helped us through the process even though he didn't make any fees.
