“Nick has been great at communicating.”
Mostly a good experience and the website interface is great. Nick has been great at communicating. Only issues that could improve is the additional underwriting requirements. I wish it was more streamlined so everything needed was asked at once, instead of adding requirements every couple of days. I understand things come up as the review happens, but some things seem standard and predictable. Having that checklist ahead of time would have improved the experience.
