Will was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of getting our home. His communication with me and the realtor overall made me comfortable with using the services. This is my first home and I never thought it would be so simple. I am extremely grateful to have worked with Rate.

“An efficient process and was given prompt responses from my loan officer who was respectful and knowledgeable.”
An efficient process and was given prompt responses from my loan officer who was respectful and knowledgeable. I feel he pointed me in the correct direction based on my needs and desired debt ratio and didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary. The only improvement I'd recommend is emails coming from other departments contained general lingo that at times didn't apply to the situation and led to some confusion on my end.
“They're very very good with immediate response to all my questions. Very polite and professional and friendly.”
