Unrelated to Robert: the required Freddie Mac Credit Wise Homebuyer Course: I understand and support having clients complete this, however the requirement to complete it at the same time as every other obligation after going under contract is unreasonable and was for me extremely frustrating and exhausting. I believe clients should be notified of this requirement early, that it will take them 2+ hours (probably double that) to complete, and either given the option to complete a different CHFA or Rate-approved course or provide access to the course when a client sets up their Rate account. I sped through this course at an extremely fast pace (because I've spent 3 years educating myself) and it still took me more than 2 hours to complete. Also, if Rate Guaranteed values the educational aspects offered in the online course (eg: credit, budgets, pre-approval, finding a real estate agent, etc.), again - why not require clients to complete it/work on it long before going under contract?
