I have two other buyers who are closing on their new home in 6 days. She was able to get them a collateral loan, so they could purchase their new home in the Santa Ynez Valley without first selling their San Diego home. On top of that, she was able to obtain a home insurance policy for them during an insurance moratorium due to a wild fire in the area.
