“Christy went above and beyond to get us a pre-approval on an expedited timeline on a weekend.”
Christy went above and beyond to get us a pre-approval on an expedited timeline on a weekend. She was helpful throughout our home purchasing process with constant communication and check in's throughout. Highly recommended!
“Christy was knowledgeable, forthcoming, accommodating, and supportive. She accomplished everything with ample time to close on the house.”
The service provided by Christy Sorenson at Guaranteed Rate was highly recommended, and they satisfied every criterion. Christy was knowledgeable, forthcoming, accommodating, and supportive. She accomplished everything with ample time to close on the house without the worry of last-minute unmet deadlines. This is our 7th house. We almost always used a big bank for our mortgage because I was nervous about going to a mortgage broker, but this experience was right on point. I highly recommend Guaranteed Rate and, in particular, Christy Sorenson.
“She has always treated [my clients] well, communicated clearly, and sought the best loan product for them. I put my trust in her because she performs this way.”
Christy Sorensen is top notch as a lender and a person. Several of my clients have placed their trust in Christ over the years. She has always treated them well, communicated clearly, and sought the best loan product for them. I care about my clients and want to know their lender does too. I put my trust in Christy because she performs this way for my clients.
